Free cancellation window
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. If you paid online, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.
Cancelling within 24 hours
A driver and vehicle are already assigned at this point, so cancellations inside the 24-hour window — or no-shows — may be charged in full. Contact us as soon as you know your plans have changed; we’ll always try to help.
Changing a booking
Date, time, or vehicle changes are free where possible, subject to driver availability. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your booking reference and we’ll confirm the change.
Flight delays
Flight delays are not cancellations — we monitor your flight and adjust the pickup automatically at no charge, with free waiting time included.
