These Terms & Conditions govern transfers booked with tripperticket.com. By making a booking you accept these terms.
1. Bookings & confirmation
A booking is a request until we confirm it. We confirm by email and/or WhatsApp with a booking reference. Please check the details and tell us immediately if anything is wrong.
2. Prices & payment
- Prices are per vehicle (not per person), in EUR, and fixed at the time of booking.
- Return transfers are charged at double the one-way rate unless a round-trip price is shown.
- You can pay cash to the driver on arrival or online via PayPal. Long or remote routes may carry fuel/time supplements, confirmed before booking.
3. What’s included
A private vehicle, professional driver, meet & greet, flight monitoring, and a period of free waiting time. Not included: gratuities, entry/site fees, meals, and guides on day trips (quoted separately).
4. Changes & cancellations
See our full Cancellation Policy for exact timing and refund handling. In summary:
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
- Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may be charged in full.
- To change or cancel, contact us as early as possible by WhatsApp or email with your booking reference.
5. Waiting time & no-show
For airport pickups we include free waiting time after landing and track your flight. For non-airport pickups, please be ready at the agreed time. If we cannot locate you and you have not contacted us, the transfer may be treated as a no-show.
6. Passengers, luggage & child seats
Please book a vehicle suitable for your group size and luggage. Oversized items must be declared in advance. Child and booster seats are available on request — tell us your child’s age.
7. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate flight, contact, and pickup details, and behave safely and lawfully during the transfer. Drivers may refuse or end a journey in case of unsafe or unlawful behaviour.
8. Delays & circumstances beyond our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, or force majeure. We will always try to find an alternative.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected transfer, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Complaints & governing law
